Lateral Line Apparel and Gear Guarantee
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the retailer where you bought it or to us at Lateral Line headquarters for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Please understand that we can and will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or abuse of a product.

*If you return anything to us, please include a note telling us where you purchased the item, how old it is, what the problem is and what you would like. Also include all your contact information so we can get in touch with you: Full name, mailing address, phone number and email address. Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!*

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a credit, full refund or replacement for a different color, size or other item.
  • You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
  • Return shipping is absolutely free*. In your order you should have received a return label. Simply pack your order and return it to us. If you lost your return label or it was for some reason not included please contact us and we will provide you with a pre-paid Fed Ex, UPS or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.

    * Free return shipping is only available in the continental United States. All other returns are at the customer expense.

Lateral Line will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders on Lateral Line placed for delivery in the continental United States enjoy Free Standard Shipping. Other destinations are charged shipping charges detailed at checkout; we provide several options.
  • Expedited delivery options are available at check out from various providers such as Fed Ex, UPS, USPO
  • We ship to all US States. At this time we do not regularly ship to other destinations, but we do make special exceptions where the need arises. Please contact us if you are not in the US, but want to order Lateral Line apparel or gear.
  • We ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
